The initiative, announced by Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, Advisor to the Chief Minister on Information and Public Relations, aims to promote the region’s rich cultural heritage and provide a platform for musicians and artists. During a visit to the cultural institute, Mafkoora, Barrister Saif praised the institute’s work in preserving and promoting Pashto language, literature, and history.
