Consequently, respective deputy commissioners have formally taken custody of the vacated land and assets.
The administrative action coincides with a steady surge in voluntary returns. On Saturday alone, over 1,000 individuals crossed the border. Notably, this latest cohort includes skilled professionals. Doctors, nurses, teachers, and prominent business owners are among those returning home.
