Women University Swabi has announced the launch of four new undergraduate programs in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Interior Design, Textile & Fashion Design, and Statistics with Specialization in Data Science.
The announcement was made during the 30th Academic Council Meeting, held in the Committee Room of the University and chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen.
During the meeting, the Council also approved the revised curricula for several existing programs, ensuring alignment with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) guidelines and national quality standards.
These developments mark a significant step toward enhancing academic diversity and strengthening the Women University Swabi commitment to providing market-driven education for women.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen highlighted that the newly introduced programs would open emerging career pathways for students and contribute to women’s empowerment through modern, industry-relevant education.
